Yes, we do! While we're happy to offer delivery and installation, we do book up sometimes months in advance, so it's best to give us as much notice as possible to make sure your balloon can be delivered and installed on your special day.

We do offer delivery and pick up for any order size, however if we need to be on site to install balloons it's a $350 minimum order.

In order to secure your booking you can pay in full or there's a 50% non-refundable deposit that needs to be paid at the time of ordering. A week before your event the remaining balance of 50% is due in full.

We recommend a minimum of two weeks notice, however we do take last minute requests if we have availability. That being said please note we have Clients who book with us months in advance and once spots are filled we do not take any new orders.

We love when our clients provide us with inspiration photos! Although we will not repicate another artists work we will make your desgin in a way that shows our skills and looks similar but not identical to another artist.

Grab and go garlands are garlands you pickup and hang yourself! They come in a variety of different colors to match the theme to your event. In other words, we make it, you pick it up and install it at your event.

We are located in LaSalle Ontario about 5 minutes away from Windsor Crossing premium outlet mall. Our address and pickup information will be sent when the order is paid in full.

We take great pride in the handcrafted items we make and also the custom items we purchase.

Unfortunately we've had issues in the past where people did not take care of our belongings, so we've had to implement a refundable deposit fee.

Your deposit is returned as long as the items are returned in the condition they were lent out in.

Even though we use the best quality balloons in the business we do not guarantee your balloons will last for any amount of time.

Balloons by nature are extremely fragile. Once the balloons are yours we have no idea how they are treated and what type of temperature fluctuations may occur that can alter the balloons. We do test out our balloons before you event for defects and we take care of any defects before the balloons get to you.

Once they are picked up, delivered or installed you get to decide how long they last by how you treat them. So treat your balloons nicely and hopefully you'll have them for a very long time.
